Mary Lou Hopun
Growing up in Massachusetts, my siblings and I were always helping our dad repair or maintain the farmhouse, outbuildings and grounds on our small farm. I inherited my father's love of the land and of fixing things up.
After college, I moved to Boston. I began working in a property management company and got my real estate sales license. I purchased my first investment property in a Boston suburb at age 28 and opened my own property management company at age 29.
After marrying an Air Force Officer, we moved to Kettering, Ohio. We fixed up our first house together, and have remodeled every house we've lived in over the years. As a military spouse, I have been through multiple military moves, and can guide your family while moving in or out of the area.
Real estate has been my life long passion. I use my real estate acquisition and renovation skills to remodel houses, while also utilizing those same skills and passion as a Realtor to help homeowners and investors buy or sell their homes and investment properties.
My decades of experience, hands-on attention to detail, and friendly personality always leave my clients very happy to have my TLC and guidance during the buying or selling process. Contact me today at 937-608-9700 to put my passion and experience to work in helping make your buying or selling experience the best it can be!
