I am of Swiss decent. German is my second language. Lived in many different places including Switzerland but claim Croton-on-Hudson, NY as my home town. I have a strong religious faith and have been on numerous missions trips to Haiti. When not working my wife and I enjoy traveling locally and overseas as well as ballroom dancing. I have had a number of different professions. Got my real estate license in 1998 with Hearth Realty where in 1999 I became property manager. My (step) daughter Shana became my partner in 2003 and after Hearth sold out to Coldwell Banker we ran their Property Management division for 15 years. When ownership changed we left and had to re-invent ourselves at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty. With Jared Spears, my grandson, Shana's son opening an office under the Home Experts Realty brokerage we decided to make his office a family affair adding our property management business to the mix. Our area of business for both sales and property management has always covered all of Montgomery and Greene counties and surrounding fringes.
